Creating an Interpretation Strategy for Milton Keynes’ Parks Trust
We are pleased to announce that we have started working with The Parks Trust , an independent charity that cares for many of the parks and green spaces in Milton Keynes.
Our first project is supporting their interpretation strategy for the Great Linford Manor Park ‘Reveal, Revive and Restore the Heritage ’ project, which is supported by money raised by National Lottery players through the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).
Great Linford Manor Park is a truly special place with nowhere quite like it in all of Milton Keynes. The Manor House sits in a 18th Century landscaped garden on an outcrop of Oolitic Limestone.
Principal Consultant Anna Wilson, Senior Consultant Gareth Bradbury and Assistant Consultant Freya Stacey went to visit the park last week to find out more about its fascinating history and geology. The team are now working to develop creative and engaging ways to interpret the stories.
