Shiny new exhibits and iconic buildings are essential for providing an informative and emotive experience to visitors; however, efforts put into developing these will all be for nothing if they are not founded on a sustainable business plan and management strategy.
WWT Consulting can help clients in developing business plans and management strategies that are appropriate for the proposed experience and facilities. This includes estimating visitor numbers, identifying income sources, working closely with quantity surveyors to ensure that the client is fully informed of the initial cost, particularly where fundraising is required, and developing long term management plans for the habitats, wildlife and visitor experiences and associated facilities.
Our parent company, WWT, owns and operates nine visitor centres and we employ staff that have previously worked in visitor centre management to ensure that the service we offer is underpinned by experience.
