It is a chance for wetland scientists from across Europe to share their latest research and to discuss collaborative projects. The meeting held sessions on topics such as wetland restoration and management, nutrient and sediment dynamics, vegetation dynamics and productivity and integrated constructed wetlands. Matt presented WWT Consulting's work within the 'Benefits from wetlands' session that looked at the successful management of wetlands for biodiversity conservation and to maximise ecosystem services.
