Announcing the new adoptive parent of the WWT Consulting flamingo
We are very pleased to announce the winner of a little competition we ran to raise awareness of our new look website.
The task? To identify two cartoon flamingos hidden somewhere within our new website.
The answer? Within our logo on the 'Contact us' tab.
The winner? Allan Snape of Northumbrian Water.
The prize? A year's adoption of a flamingo at one of WWT's centres, along with a ticket to visit and a collectable fluffy caricature. This was accompanied by a £50 voucher from NHBS Books and Equipment so Allan could choose an additional prize to his liking.
Congratulations to Allan for being the first to find the flamingos and correctly tell us where they were. A big well done too to the close second: Colin Menendez of CTM Wildlife, Gloucestershire.
