WWT Consulting was appointed to develop a concept design for a wetland visitor centre on the edge of the Ramsar designated Dokka Delta in Norway.

Following site assessment, an interpretation plan outlining the storyline, top line messages and learning outcomes was produced. This also included concept designs for the floor and exhibit plans of the proposed centre. Working with an architect, WWT Consulting developed a sustainable architectural concept scheme for the building and a quantity surveyor’s report to provide an estimate for the design and build of the centre.

This visual document was presented to the client to be used as a fundraising tool. It is hoped that this project will achieve the necessary funds to take it to the next stage.
